Who is Farhat Dr. Farhat Hashmi?
Farhat Dr. Farhat Hashmi is a Pakistani-Canadian Islamic scholar, TV preacher and the founder of Al-Huda Institute. She holds a PhD in Islamic studies from the University of Glasgow and was formerly a lecturer at International Islamic University, Islamabad. aim of providing Islamic education to women. The institute has since grown to
become a network of centers in Pakistan, India, the United States, and Canada.

providing lectures and seminars on contemporary Islamic issues. Dr. Farhat

Al-Huda has stated they don't follow any particular sect of Islam, referring to
themselves as just Muslims.
